Trip to Disney 2012 Mandatory Parent/Student Meetings

“Florida Tour 2012” trip (Feb. 16-Feb. 21). Since we are now less than 30 days from the trip, here are some items that need your attention:

ALL of your trip money is due NOW!!!! You must have a Total of $1,035 (students) and $800 (Chaperones) in your account now. If you are behind please catch up.

ALL STUDENTS WHO ARE GOING TO FLORIDA MUST ATTEND (with at least one parent/guardian) ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ORIENTATION MEETINGS. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND ONE OF THESE MEETINGS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO.

THE PARENT/STUDENT MEETINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Sunday, January 22- 6:00 pm-8:00pm- KHS Band Rooms
MANDATORY CHAPERONE MEETING immediately follows this meeting- 8:00pm-9:00pm- KHS Band Rooms
OR
Saturday, January 28- 8:00am-10:00am- KHS Band Rooms
OR
Sunday, January 29- 6:00pm-8:00pm- KHS Band Rooms

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this trip, please feel free to contact us. Remember, the student and at least one parent/guardian must attend one of the three sessions.

Whew! What a magical season!!! Hard to believe we could pack all of what we did into a couple of months. For all involved, please accept our congratulations on a great season.

NEXT BAND BOOSTER MEETING February 2, 2012 at 7 PM

All parents of band members are encouraged to attend the Band Booster Meetings. We meet at 7:00 the first Wednesday of every month in the band room or chorus room upstairs (whichever is available).

It's a great place to get all the details about upcoming events, meet other band parents, and participate in the planning of band activities.
